I import first time from this company. they send me good sample but when I received the shipment majority bed slats are faulty, black spots, very rough surface, broken and damaged. Not usable at all. 10 ft out of 20ft container fully damaged slats. From out side they packed very nicely, hard to figure out the bed slats are worse quality inside of the packaging.I contact seller and send the photos and they said next shipment they will replace where is the 1st shipment they send half of container bad quality bed slats. Seller activitis very suspicious. I have placed the order in Linyi haisen wood co.,ltd. through Alibaba but I receiving in the name of shangdong fangsi import and export co.,ltd. I have found the company name; "Linyi haisen wood co.,ltd". but operating two different person. I also found same person have two different company and two different company name in alibaba. We have big trust in Alibaba but it's hard to figure out the scamers are there. Very much disappoiented.
Response form supplier:
All our shipments are supervised by Alibaba. Alibaba staff are also commissioned to inspect the goods before shipment. All inspections and shipments have pictures as evidence. This customer only sent us a few photos and said that our goods had very serious quality problems, and did not give us a third-party inspection report. We have also been actively trying to negotiate with him to resolve the issue, but he does not seem to want to communicate with us.
